How to place an order?

A formal PO or an email order confirmation is good for ordering.

How to make sure the correct revision are proceed?

We strongly suggest customers to offer correct Part No. and revision No. when placing orders. Offering our quotation No. helps, too.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantity is one piece. Any quantities are welcomed. We manufacture prototypes, mid-range and volume production boards.

What information is needed to place a repeat order?

Order quantity, part No. & revision No.. We also suggest to offer previous PO No. for reference.
If the order quantity changes, price shall be updated accordingly. RFQ before repeat ordering is a good idea.

Are gerber files & drawings required for repeat orders?

If the files are not updated, they're not required again, we'd use the previous tooling.

How to calculate shipping date with lead-time?

Lead-time is the days for manufacturing.
It means interval between ordering date and delivery date.
It will be rescheduled for the following reasons: engineering queries, purchasing of materials and on hold of production requested by customer.
